Weight Loss Pills/Fat Burners

Acai berries tablets(natural,)works ok,but depending on your lifestyle(do you exercise)..L-Arginine supplement are a good fat burner also...

I exercise roughly 3 times a week. Mixing it between general resistance in the gym to 20-30 mile bike rides for my cardio. My diet I feel could be better. I will look in to the above

Thanks mate

Excess calories put weight on,nothing else.

Fat can be your friend,or enemy, depending on what type and when it's incorporated into your diet.As an energy source when carb depleting it's very useful and satisfying. With regards to fructose,it may be lower on the GI scale than glucose or sucrose but its still a sugar that,if eaten in any great quantity, will quickly and easily(especially when liver glycogen levels are full)will be converted and stored as excess. As such ive always found fruit a good addition to a diet but certainly not something i'd use as a staple, where as green veg reacts very differently in the system and can be eaten in much greater quantities.

The GI/GL diet, coupled with eating little and often,is the ideal approach and weight maintenance plan IME and opinion.

Of course fat isn't an issue if it's fatty acids consumed from plant origins. My staple is greens, they are apart of my everyday consumption but fruit is often also apart of that and you'd have to eat a shit load of fruit to gain weight, it can't compared to any other food caloric wise. Anyway, I'm doing this for my health not weight issues, I'll never ever be fat on a high raw plant based diet, I just simply won't be able to fit in enough to do so.

I'm also not reccomending to go all fruit/veg, was saying to increase it whilst decreasing heavier, fattier foods such as meats, wheats and dairy. Starting with a green juice in the morning, would be a great start.

Oh and I agree, eating in smaller doses is better, I personally do green juice then mono meal a fruit during the day and maybe end with a salad at night or something steamed or soup especially in the winter.

Intermittent fasting and tracking your macros using IIFYM.com should help pal, fruit is good but still high in carbs if you eat too much of it.

Pills are good if you have all the basics in order, if you just take them and don't know how to track what you eat then what is the point?
