He was poor today and proved what me and a small minority have been saying, he will be good but he's not ready yet. Funny all the people saying he's already better than SWP. He had his chance today against a poor side and didn't take it.

One thing the lad does ALL THE TIME when he starts or comes on as a sub, he tries too hard and does too much, today he ruined it for himself, he could of had a good game today if he played his normal game, he did a few nice flicks and touches, but Mancini want's a footballer, not a full on showboater.

I still think he could be a fantastic player.
Maybe a loan somewhere will help him, he's not ready for our first team yet, but he has more potential than any other outfield youngster at our club in my opinion, I think he could be great, but he needs games, he needs to learn and become more of a team player, or use his talents to become such a great player he can't be ignored.
At least he'll get a few games at the World Cup, that could be a great learning curve for him, especially if he went on loan to somebody in the 2nd half of the year, there'd be a fair few clubs willing to take a punt on him for 6 months I reckon.

Shpping him out is a bit harsh all people mean is that he doesnt appear ready for our first team yet so why not let him play first team at a lower level instead of being a sub or playing reserves?
