They could have announced this at any point in the last 5 weeks and if it ends up on the same day as Liverpool announce Nunez then it's City's fault.

Wouldn't it have been a little insensitive to have announced Haaland in the aftermath of the Paris tragedy?
After all its not like the Dippers would ignore the anniversary of a football catastrophy
