Lot of negativity about his signing and I hope he performs well and the fans get behind him, he chose to come play for city when I'm sure he could've gone to the rags or chealsea if he really wanted too, he seemed to be speaking from the heart in his interview and who really gives a shit what he said in the past, if he can be the bigger man and apologize like he did and move on so should we...

Reserve full back! Ha. When in a hole stop digging.I remember seeing clips of Jo, RSC and Samaras before we signed them too.
Disappointed we signed Spurs reserve full back for so much money but hopefully he performs well for us next season.

+ Pace will help protect us from counter attacks
+ Hasn't had an injury for over 2 years
+ Weakens a rival
+ Shows Spurs are still a selling club
+ Wages seem fair.
- Ludicrous fee, if reports are true
- Not really suited to the 'false FB' role
- He's 27 & once his pace goes he will be half the player so not really a long term recruit for the fee
- Not great defensively.
- Will be afforded little patience from City fans aware of his stupid, ignorant anti-City fan outburst
Will get full support but I'm pretty mixed.
