Agreed. I would say I'm baffled that Chelsea have allowed him to leave, but they are truly clueless. He should have been essential to their squad, as I'm sure he will be for us. Looking forward to watching him in a City shirt.

Was amazed at the negativity at the start of our interest, he is a fantastic footballer who excels in tight spaces, has a great work ethic and seems a humble guy, sounds the perfect city player to me. Can see him playing the double 8 with Alvarez, with Rodri and Rice behind wide right will be Phil while KDB is injured.

I think it's a buyers market when it comes to Chelsea's bloated squad.
