Mateo is a world class player who will start for all the teams in the premier league. He was good in a very unsettled Chelsea team and will be a monster in this City side once settled properly. He has a good finishing technique on top of his excellent passing ability. He was not encouraged to go forward in Chelsea much but City will give him a license to attack and do his thing. He has the ability to be a solid goal-scoring midfielder in City's squad and with his talents he will be imo.

Could blue Mooners and City fans in general just cut him a bit of slack at first and give him time to settle in.
