He got better but he was not average for 2 years that’s a fucking stretch. Maybe 12 months at most.

Average or not, i certainly never thought he'd turn into being a world class player and i was critical of him in his first season. And like Fernandinho was our most important player for several seasons i think Rodri is now. He's rock solid.
