yes true he is not a DM or a 6 in a pep team. from what I have seen the Argentine guys say, it seems like Perrone is a deep lying midfield play-maker. think of like how bernardo plays next to rodri. dribble progress the ball, spray passes and get the assist before the assist.

anyway seem like an incredibly wise move. Maximo Perrone seem to be on the radar of half the clubs in europe. infact looks like benfica had him as the enzo successor. good to cut out the middle men and save us a 100 mil.

Perrone is a huge talent much more than just a defensive midfielder,from a very good school but without the psychological level of River.The fact that he will be more or less in a Spanish speaking club will make his transition easier.
