Looks a player. Can't quite decide if he's more like Kev, Gundo or Rodri, or even Cancelo. Doesn't seem to have the finishing or long shots but certainly has the passing ability and potentially holding on to the bank under pressure, but I still think that in Kev, Gundo and in particular Bernie and Rodri we already have some of the worlds best in that department.
Not the finished article and clearly our hand is being forced by Benfica directly or indirectly, but food to know we're increasing prepared to go direct to source for talent rather than pay the premium by letting another club in Europe take a chance on them
Could also make Benfica more reluctant to sell to a club other than City if Perrone states a preference for us, or open then to a deal to do a loan or swap in the future.
