How anyone can say this is our strongest ever squad beggars belief. Even if Kompany, Silva, Aguero, Zabba etc had been fit all season we would still have been less strong than 2012-14 when those players were younger, less injury prone and at the absolute peak of their talents. Maybe it is you who is the not so charming mug.

I said "arguably" our strongest ever squad.

He's certainly had our strongest ever squad over this 2013-2016 period, and he's taken it to one league title and had it scrapping for top four twice - while there has been little to no real competition for said title during that period.
