well done hughes and well done city

Does not mean much. It is now two games the team performances are appalling. Up to that point, City play was expanding and it is now shrinking to desesperate levels.

A run of defeats could destroy this team as they are so clearly struggling to developp a sensible and built play.
if this was the last game of the season and even by hook or crook we inish 4th then i say its means an awful lot.

as for a run of defeats, dont make me laugh, we are far too good and far too organized for that to ever happen.

3rd soon, carling semi and then on from there.

We were never going to challenge for the league this year, the teams just too new and needs to bed in.

Too many draws? Yes but we are going to have a season like Liverpool last year and lose only 2/3 games but it will be because of this seasons draws rather than last seasons defeats we will make to top 4.

However, I'm still not convinced by Hughes, some of the players seem to have their initial 'skills' being coached out of them but 4th with a game in hand; What do I know? ;-)

4th in the table with a game in hand, injuries all over the squad, lost one game all season(robbed at that)and now today held on to a point when not at our best.
like it.
a liitle tweaking and champions league here we come.

Easily the best post of the day Mr de niro! going through a dodgy spell and still picking up points and are well placed in the table.............................look at the bigger picture people!

Your not allowed to talk sense on this forum :-)

4th in the league with a game in hand. We've got no chance of achieving a top 4 place if we keep playing so oh errr.......lol.

Well done Blues. Can't remember a City side that remained hard to beat even when playing poorly. That's a knack that successful sides develop.

City did not create chances this afternoon. Could have lost the game. Draw was lucky.
Teams struggling to create chances are vulnerable to a run of defeats.

Last 8 in cup too.

As long as we beat Burnley everthing is okay.

this is my point, overall we are doing really well yet still playing below par, hughes did'nt buy ade and kolo for the fun of it, we needed them, today we did'nt have them in the side and it showed. now then get them and robbie back in the mix and we'll be up there believe you me.

if we were to be picky we should have had a pen today, when their guy got hurt, it seemed forgotten about, at wigan was another, get goals from them and we'd reaqlly be flying.
