Well done.

No one has any money. God knows how many times this has been discussed- I'll try a few different languages

Niemand hat Geld

Nikt nie ma pieniędzy

Никто не имеет каких-либо деньги

Nadie tiene dinero

Nessuno ha i soldi

Personne n'a d'argent

Maybe it should sink in now- Many a blue who has trawled the country for years watching City who don't live at home with mummy and daddy anymore paying £10 a week board, simply can't afford to go especially if the kids/wife want to go to. Any grammar problems with the above contact google.

So what you saying?

Well I was there in div 2 etc etc. The thing that I would've put money on, when I was stood proud as one of the 'best fans in the land' was that if we ever got the opportunity again to play at the top level, with top players, we'd show the world what real support was about.

Those who can't afford it or have to work etc; fair enough that's understandable, the rest of you....

When you take into account our situation, the increased gates in the PL etc, the fact we have players like Robinho.....

Last nights attendance was imo as bad as the ones Newcastle got years ago (about which we sing; "where were you when you were shit)

Where are you lot now we're fucking good?

You're certainly not part of the 'best fans in the land' anymore even if you once were in the past. Villa's gate proved that, it was much better. No excuse.

Perhaps the glory hunters who turn up in the coming years will turn out to be more committed than you lot? I'll welcome them if they're willing to take the trouble to actually bother to turn up.

Everyone would have had the time/money/energy to go if it was against United.

City's fans are nowhere near as good as we think we are.

Interesting point. It would have sold out against the rags. Which proves that thousands of people just couldn't be arsed.

I was there last night and i thought it was not a bad turn out, but people got to understand that not everyone can turn up all the time. last year i missed 1 home game and went to 8 away games, this year missed 2 home games only been to 2 away games ( stoke/blackburn )
and every uefa home game.

id rather those who didnt turn up watch us in the pub or at home
and not like those rag fans in town who you see taking there family into the pound shop while there team are playing..

Istanbul Istanbul

Flag in the corner under scoreboard?

Did anyone see that flag in the corner under the scoreboard?

Some people around me were going sick at it and by the time i realised what was going on, it was ripper down by the fans below.

Anyone know what it said?

Re: Flag in the corner under scoreboard?

It was something about Hughes being 'clueless'.

Too the fans who could be arsed going tonight i enjoyed it and just shows who the REAL fans are. Credit crunchers and personal problems need not apply but these lazy bastards who would rather have a tin and watch the tv need to get a fucking grip. Bet our team were well dissapointed.

I agree M8, but I sat with my Son in 228 Colin Bell Stand level 2 and can them fockers whinge from the 1st minute to the last whinge, whinge, whinge, they could have stayed at home for me.

Copenhagen fans were great though !!!!

Re: Flag in the corner under scoreboard?

I'm told it said "clueless hughes out". Someone's clueless anyway. It didn't last too long.
