how do you print screen the picture onto here?

push print screen button when on your webpage

now open up paint (from accessories in start menu)

now either right click and paste or click the paste button on the paint menu bar

now choose crop from the paste menu bar and drag a box around your players (like we have), then right click and cut.

now select new from the paint menu...when a new paint page open up, right click and paste

now select save as from the paint menu....rename and save wherever you save piccies on your pc

now upload the piccie to a image site (i.e. http://www.tinypic.com) and post on here

I NEVER put City players in, a few seasons back I put three in and they all either got injured or did really shit. Instead, I fill it with United and Arsenal players in the hope that either:
A; my curse works on the United players, or
B; they do what they usually do, win the league, and help me beat my mates.
