if the club made more tickets available to more people sooner i think the uptake would be far better.
i would love to get 3 tickets for blues who seldom get the chance to see the team, will i be able to get them, not a clue, they have access cards, and know they are down the list in priority, but the club don't even give the indication that there's a chance of tickets so how can they book trains etc.
for all the surveys city send out the sevice is still shambolic at times, i wanted to relocate our family into the family stand and add a junior, i indicated all this in an email to the club prior and during the relocation window, i also expressed it would be impossible for me to call them during the day to do it, due to work, and living 150 miles away meant i couldnt call at the ground, so could they help me out, what did i get, an automated email saying they could take up to 10 days to reply, and then another email saying basically bad luck the relocation window has now closed. City have now missed out on a kid having his first season ticket.
