We're on our own

ive said all along that we wont finish 4th. ..its too much too soon for us at this stage

we will get 6th or 7th i think

I dont Mancini knows his team well enough at present and the constant injuries and loss of key players through circumstances beyond our control and through suspension is also a major factor....we also have the hardest run in and it will start by losing to chelski at stamford bridge tomorrow (a draw would be a great result!!!!)

Im not convinced Mancin is the correct mani by a long long way give but Im happy to give him the full next season to prove me wrong

I just dont think his playing style suits this league or our club but lets just wait and see

A draw at Stoke isn't a great, or even good result. But neither does it define whether we are good enough for a top 4 spot or not.

But you have to worry when you have three chances to beat them and don't.

Cups were disappointing, but not going to affect our chances of top 4.

It is a worry that we couldn't beat them once in three, if we are to get 4th spot we need to find out whats going wrong at the moment and fix it.

Everton are playing Spurs on Sunday that should be interesting!

Supose a draw is the best result for us!!

Dont want the bin dippers making up anymore ground on us!

I'd take an Everton win over a draw any day.

Our run in is the hardest of the four teams battling for 4th place with 8 of our twelve games against teams in the top half of the table.

Liverpool and Villa by comparison only have 4 matches against teams in the top half and Spurs have 5.

I suspect 4th place is well out of our reach.

Quickly done up stats, so apologies if they are wrong.

Liverpool have dropped 12 points against teams from the bottom half of the table.
Aston Villa have dropped 15 points, Spurs 13. We've dropped 13 as well.

Still plenty to play for.

Agreed. Fact is all the teams in the fight for 4th have missed chances against lower end teams. Guess the team that gets the spot is the team that f**ks up the least

If, as seems likely, we do blow it this season we may well look back and think what an incredible missed opportunity this has been.

I can't remember a season where the top 4 have been so erratic and us with no European football to distract us had the perfect opportunity to gatecrash the party. There were even those early suggesting perhaps we could even win it. KK said it for one.

If we don't make 4th it will be a massive disappointment.
