WBA 0-0. 2 points dropped.
Liverpool. 1-1. 2 points dropped.
Sunderland. 1-0. 3 points dropped.
Everton 1-0. 3 points dropped.

20 points dropped in total.

Fulham 2-2 (foul on Dzeko leading to their first)
Chelsea. 2-1 (penalty that would have potentially made it 2-0 not given)
WBA 0-0 (onside goal disallowed)
Liverpool. 1-1 (reina allowed to stay on after deliberate handball outside the box)
Sunderland. 1-0 (offside goal given)
Everton 1-0 (foul on Dzeko not given again, Drenthe GBH)
Swansea. 1-0 (better team won fair and square)
Stoke. 1-1 (foul on Barry before Crouch goal not given)

It was Micah's foul throw which gave away possession for the first at fulham

Stop it, Just stop!

All these threads containing negativity and already writing us off for the title, as the old saying goes its not over till the fat lady sings. Calm your passions, go with the flow and lets just see where were at, at the end of the season.
All this effort your putting into being negative, try using it to show your support for the team and manager!
Its not easy being a blue, but for the love of god some of us don't help ourselves.

Re: We can do it

Of course we can do it. At any stage did united think they were out of it? They are not as good as us but they are mentally strong. The supporters back the team and believe they will win. We need to believe in our team. If we get them back to eastlands to decide the title we have to be the 12th man.

You can't measure each result on 1 incident given against us in 90 minutes of play.

In most of those games we've made enough chances to have taken all 3 points, but failed to convert most of them. Fulham, WBA, Sunderland, stand out.

You/we can't keep on blaming refs. That's what you're doing.

title, if we do end up losing it.

It has nothing to do with Sir.

Chelsea. 2-1. 3 points dropped.

Stoke. 1-1. 2 points dropped.

19 points dropped in total.

It doesn't matter if you win all you home games like we have, if you're going to lose and draw so many away games, and in the process drop so many points away from home, Manchester United will eventually..........

Another glaring fact is we've only managed to score more than 1 goal in any of those away games.

United haven't won the title if they do, we've lost it due to our away form
What are you saying? Utd are favourites because we've dropped some points and these happen to be away from home?

Big deal. Our away form at the moment is poor. Overall it's good. Maybe we should give some credit to Utd for overhauling us and having an amazing season in the League. Any other season we'd be Champions elect with this away form

The fulham away game stands out to me, I was gutted that we let a two goal slip. Could be important for the end of the season.
The last minute Sunderland goal for me.

you have got it spot on, trouble is if we do lose it we (in typical city fashion) will turn in on ourselves & blame players , the manager the fans etc. when in truth, as you have pointed out,we have been cheated out of the title , i will never forget that.

I love it, we've turned a thread entitled 'We're Top of the League' into how, why, where, when we lost the league.

Can I recommend the following website for anyone thinking of posting in this thread...

http://www.samaritans.org/Samaritans provides confidential emotional support 24/7 to those experiencing despair, distress or suicidal feelings.

It's not over, we can still do this.
