Re: When All Is Said And Done, Our Away Form Has Cost Us The....
I hear what you are saying but that's not necessarily just because we were great and now we're ordinary. Suspensions and injuries have taken their toll. Other teams have started to suss us out and adapt. The main reason for our stellar showings seems to be suffering a dip in form. Some dodgy decisions have gone against us. African Nations Cup absenteeism, the missing argentinian factor etc etc. All that and the rag barstewards have put together one hell of a run. Given their recent run of form we've done well to hang in there in my view. (City teams of yore would not have won the Chelsea game or earned the point at Stoke).
But I agree if we could find our early season form and style again right now with everything else being equal then there'd likely only be one winner. As it is we're still bang in there anyhow.

A quick look at United's away form this season tells you how, given our exceptional home form, we are not top of the league. Their away form has been superb, if not in performances then certainly in points accumulation.
So we've improved significantly.
But so have last years Champions.
Wow we must be so shit not to be easily romping this league lol
We improved significantly, then we took a step backwards and are no better than last season at the moment. It's clear for anyone to see that our away form over the past 4 months has been nowhere near good enough. Look at the entire season as a whole if you like, I'd suggest the last 4 months have more bearing on how we play in our next 4 away games than the first 4 months of the season.
