Wes Brown - 2 Match Ban Serving a two-match ban for the red card received against Hull City on 8/2 for denying a goalscoring opportunity. Brown will serve an extra match having already received a red card this season. He will miss the trip to Manchester City on 12/2 along with the FA Cup tie with Southampton on 15/2 to return to contention on 22/2 at Arsenal.

Just to clear up a few things;
a 2nd red of the season does not mean 4 game ban. You can be banned for any amount of games the FA decides for a red card, but it is commonly 1 ('normal' foul) or 2 (abusive etc). The 3 game bans are dished out for violent conduct, which tends to come a bit more with red card behaviour. The 2nd red of the season just means you automatically get +1 game added on to whatever ban you get.
Wesbian committed a professional foul as the last man and so only got, rightly, a 1 match ban. Add on his '2nd red' penalty and he's banned for 2 games. There we are.
