I think him and Tosin are not playing with the EDS like Foden and Diaz, therefore they need to play at least in the cup.

Compete we should but not with best 11 - if we play our best 11 in all four competitions we will end up with nothing. Time to rest key players and give others a chance, that is why depth was added over summer.
