Still need a goalscorer, that's where the mid-table/relegation teams fall down.

Neither Carroll, Hernandez or Arnautovic is scoring 15 league goals this season. In fact I think 1 of them might just make it to 10, probably Arnautovic.

Might make top 10 as it stands.

Felipe Anderson and Yarmelenko will weigh in with plenty of goals. Arnaoutivic could get 15+ goals if he carrys over his form and finishing from last season.

Nothing wrong with aiming high. If he thinks they can get top four and they end up top eight, then I suspect most Hammers would be happy with that. What would you expect him to say? That they're aiming for mid table safety?
