My take on this is that there wasn't an offer in the first place. And now he's completely alienated himself and comes crawling back hoping for forgiveness, quoting bubbles and crossing his arms.Seen Arnautovic turned down an offer from China to stay there. Fair play, though I wonder if West Ham fans would have preferred the cash.

Well we certainly hit peak West Ham yesterday. Just minutes after the Wimbledon debacle the Arnie video gets wheeled out. Do the board think we are that f@cking stupid? We offer our fastest depreciating asset a contract extension rather than trying to punt out a bad apple that wants out. It sends the worst message possible out to the rest of the squad.
Seemingly took five minutes to sort this @rsehole out while it took months to find a few quid down the back of the sofa to give Declan Rice a much deserved new contract offer.
