West Ham (A) Post Match Thread

On the stream I watched Tony Gale spotting every City foul and claiming yellow cards for nothing challenges and just a mere acceptance that Arnautovic might have got away with one. The dirty **** should have been off for two deliberate ankle stamps on the standing legs of Silva and then Delph. Knew exactly what he was doing and had no chance of winning the ball. Glad that Karma saw fit to ensure the twat picked what I can only hope is an injury that puts him out for a few weeks. Mariner was an utter shithouse for not even seeing either one and let some outright fouls just go unpunished mostly for West Ham who had a go to be fair but their forward players just aren't lethal enough whereas ours today were.

Great first half where we won the game.
2nd half going through the motions
Leroy MOM and top marks and still more to come from him re decision making.
Another assist and goal for Raz.

7/10 Onwards and upwards.

Nowt wrong with Arnautovic, just a made arse. Bullied all game and offered nothing. Antonio & Hernandez were much more of a threat. I really hope United sign him.

walk in the park and 2nd half just controlled the game and did not want to hurt west ham and zabba anymore than we had to

Going to be hyper critical her and getting the tin hat ready. Although I only caught the second half, and the game was obviously over with no pressure on, so he gives young Foden 25 minutes. It appears to me that he won't be able to be a starter for some time yet. Physically, he isn't strong enough yet and gets brushed off.
Also, although he tried a number of forward passes / goal making chances, none actually came off and we lost the ball each time. I'm presuming his instructions were to go and do your thing, don't worry but Gundogan's place looks the safe bet for the time being. Just needs more time I suppose

Harsh mate, there was plenty of positives from the game today so not sure why you feel the need to come on here and shoot this amazingly talented boy down. He was trying to be positive and some of his intricate passes nearly came off. Surely when you’re this much in control of a game we can allow a few little mistakes. Let’s not get too critical and demand perfection every time from every player.

After Arnotovitch (sp) got away with his second yellow card offence i think the Blues decided to take their foot of the gas and not give him a chance to seriously injure one of ours. How Mariner didn't book him for either (both) of those offences is beyond me.
Great result and whilst I wanted 6, happy that we came away still walking.

I did get the sense we did not want to humiliate Pellers and Pablo, as well as just conserve energy, especially toward the end.
