West Ham (H) Post Match Thread

Feels like we were a bit fortunate today - particularly given the great headed chance they had at the death.
It was disheartening to see Kun labouring to get into the game. I know he always takes a while to get up to speed but think that he would have set the team up better to help him. Torres was not great and KdB looked rusty but carved out some good chances.
I was impressed by West Ham - kudos to Moyes for getting them playing so well.

This was a very important win achieved by a team showing 7 changes from Wednesday and with Sergio needing minutes badly because he hasn't played in ages and KdB having hardly played since Villa. The result means that the rags and the foxes are now 13 points behind with (for each of them) 13 games left to play - so they have to take out of us the equivalent of a point a game....

We weren't at our best but Pep rang the changes and we still took the three points. I think we are simply in a league of our own at the moment at least and there is such a collective will and determination that sees us through when not at our fluent and fluid best. WHU were good and I think they have improved massively since we played them in October. I hope they finish in the top four with Everton, Leicester ... behind champions Manchester City.

Made a change to not hear Moyes whinging about something or other at the end as well. Or bigging himself up. Had he behaved like that for the rest of his career, we might not regard him as being such an odious prick.
