It's OK for Sheff Utd when the storm is at its peak but not OK for Manchester when it's passed.

I am aware people will be traveling but it will actually be more dangerous for a midweek night game

Yep. I live in Newton-Le-Willows now, but even back home in Urmston I still left 1.5 hours before kick off. And that’s from relatively close to the stadium. But Marv says it’s fine to just nip out and pop to the ground today.
