West Ham - Post match thread

If it makes you sleep better Pat................lol

I know, it's really really sad and pathetic isn't it.

He does actually have a point, but instead of offering it in a balanced way, highlighting some of the AMAZING positives, all he can do is criticise. Absolutely pathetic.

"tactically it was a mess"

commentator on bt was fuckin disgusting, wanting jesus sent off for a tackle that wasn't even a foul, then for west hams disallowed goal saying surely hes onside.
I'm fuckin sick of the bastards, they don't even try to hide the bias
Sorry but your talking total nonsense. In the main the commentators and analysts were fair and balanced. What do you expect Noel Gallagher and Mike Summerbee doing the voices.

How anyone could summarise our performance as he did, is quite astonishing, isn't it. Anyone reading "tactically it was a mess", might reasonably be forgiven for thinking he meant the team that LOST 4-0, not the bloody team that won!

No, he is factually reporting what was said last night.

They wanted Jesus sent off for a second yellow that wasn't even a foul and he screamed that he was onside despite him clearly not being and lets not forget Glen at the end with others wanting a penalty for Kolarov's non handball in the wall.

Nevin im led to believe is still getting paid by Chelsea so its no real surprise.

For anyone who doubts there is media bias, this is he BBC's "analysis" of City winning an away game 4-0 to go within 1 point of 2nd place.

The words came out of his mouth and if you didn't hear it then look again

Pat Nevins take on tonights impressive performance
Former Chelsea and Everton winger Pat Nevin, BBC Radio 5 live

"I think if Manchester City play the team they did tonight away from home against other team, they will be found out.

"They are far too open. Yaya Toure, as the holding midfielder, won't get around enough against decent teams.
While Nevin is a bitter little fucker he may have a valid point. In a couple of months we will play Arsenal and Chelsea away within a few days. After that we will have a much clearer picture of where we stand within the context of the PL.
