Couldn't make the game last night due to work commitments so watched on TV. They came in numbers, never stopped singing and stayed till the end, respect!... Did they sing the obligatory "where were you when you were shit"? I would be amazed if so as I think they are too(collectively) respectful for that. I've drank many a pint in one of their pubs whilst working in East London(The Sheepwalk in Ilford) and I have always been made welcome.
We, like them have suffered for many years whilst being in the shadow of our local rivals(Arsenal, Chelsea Spurs) and us winning nowt whilst the rags won everything year on year. It's not easy financially these days when you have a mortgage and kids to support your team away, especially when all you can foresee is a heavy and embarrassing defeat almost every week.
So, any Hammers fans reading this, chin up lads, you do your fine club proud each week. : )
