Mahrez had a very poor afternoon. Zinchenko is a great guy but not a proper LB and isn’t good enough for our midfield…. I hate to say it but I think he needs to move on and play for a lesser team in his proper position.

I agree his distribution is top draw but his shot stopping is costing us big time and at least his moment in time I don’t want to see Mahrez again but before the gane id take a draw so it’s not bad
 
Liverpool were hanging off a cliff by their fingertips and Mahrez could have stamped on their fingers instead of pulling them back up.

VAR did his job on one, the first one you can argue it needed VAR to get that call correct. He never let Antonio falling down get the better of him and the yellow for the keeper with 30 to go was what should be the standard
 
Should have put it to bed today really but In reality if we’d won and they beat Saints we’d still need the to avoid defeat next week regardless so still the Stevie G media Wa**fest for the week to put up with but it’s in our own hands. This Liverpool coat advert on the bluemoon site is making it worse though it’s like they’re taking the pi$$.

I'm actually calm with this match. Feel like we have to completely melt to not win this one. They don't create alot either which might give our defence an easier game. Still they will be at 100% but I'm confident we will get the job done. Hopefully we unleash Phil and Raz on them who will be raring to go after not featuring today!

even a draw and its all but ours due to our goal difference and providing we dont lose to villa

Im hoping the southampton fans turn it nasty as Im not sure they are fodn of liverpool nicking their players(Mane, VVD)....btu on paper it should be a stroll for Liverpool.......just hope they dont rack up a cricket score against them
 
The boys in Blue didn't give in they fought to the end. OK not the result we wanted but we live to fight another day.
Thank you City, thank you lads, thank you fans. We showed 'em our fighting spirit if nothing else. We came back and fought.

Zinchenko is a great guy but second rate at LB.
