That’s true. Already only four games in and we’ve been without our best midfielder playmaker, who’s likely to be out for the best part of four months. One of our best centre backs turned defensive midfielder or whatever position you’d like to say he’s best at. Left winger who played most of his best games since joining us, last season. Other than John Stones, not sure we picked up that many injuries last season. Although my memory isn’t great and I may be wrong in that.

euros and wc are even years inthe summer, qualifiers should be in the odd years in the summer. mid june -mid july gives platers 2 weeks rest before and 2 weeks after
