They weren't that good at Palace to be honest. Should have been behind but managed to go and put the ball in the net and kill the game off. Palace had a lot of chances before that.

They'll take some time to gel, but they have pace on the counter and some good creative players so they'll always be a threat at home.

Hopefully we control the game, get the first goal and get the job done from there though. I still see them as a bit lacking defensively.

Going back to the Palace game, a 2nil away win regardless of not playing that well will give them confidence.

They also have a cup game on Wednesday. Not sure what bearing this will have on their team selection for Wednesday or our game on Saturday. New manager will want to make an impression so may go stronger than he would like on Wednesday to progress in the cup.
