Right. I've seen Aguero miss sitters. Every attacker in the world does. But since Aguero left we've missed a goal scorer who is natural and who you instinctively back in a one on one. Not a knock on Sterling or Jesus, they had and have many excellent qualities, but they just don't have that killer instinct. I think it's fair enough to say that even in that one moment today you saw someone at complete ease in front of goal.Let's discuss again at the end of the season then.
As I keep saying, I'm not knocking Sterling for his overall efforts and I'm not comparing them as strikers. All I'm saying is Haaland will score more than Sterling did from the same position. That's the point, simple as. I don't know how many times I need to explain it.
If I'm wrong I'm wrong but I don't see it, and I doubt that many other people will too.
