People downplay all but the CL but winning any of the three European trophies back in the day was a major deal, whether it was the European Cup, Cup Winners Cup or Uefa Cup.
I just look on the present cups as replacing those.
Im made up for Hammers fans, great stuff

I agree. At this level a win in Europe is never to be sniffed at. A great achievement for any clubs fans.
I hope we are never in that competition, mind, but if we are I want to win it!!
Still a worthy pot to win :)

I think it will grow into a great competition, if only for the great away trips to far flung places. Hopefully less corporate than the CL. Well done to the Hammers anyway.
