Wetherspoons Real Ale festival

Day two for me, same 'Spoons though, basically a Beer Etihad.

Today we have The Murmurings of a Lost Leviathan on tap at £2.25. Rude not to.

Not many real ales on offer down here either, so kicked of the session with Leffe, a par-excellent drink under a sun drenched sky. I pulled the bar lady to ask why there's limited ales on tap and she said they'll circulate barrels every few days owing to limited line space.

Castle Rock Phoenix Tears, well balanced and quaffable with a good sniff of hoppyness, As the ale infuses the palate I'm getting a pecuniary sweet biscuit back taste .. arf arf.
