Was going to be lasagne but when mrs sf went to the butchers for mince it was shut.
So instead of going elsewhere she has sat here all afternoon, lazy bugger.

So discussing tea I say I'll defrost a quiche I have and have some chips and beans with it, her suggestion was fuckin' salad. Then she says I can't have chips, me "why have we no potatoes?", no she says we've no oil in the deep fat fryer ffs

I had mackerel and chips for tea, with 4 rounds of lavishly buttered brown bread. It was fucking lovely.
Not sure what to have for supper, but there is still half a loaf left and a tin of tuna in the fridge.
