Too many spuds last week, and much prefer loads more veg. The gravy was on its way.

Brie and prosciutto, smoked salmon, other cold meats with a selection of sauces and chutneys.
Quince jelly, home made gooseberry jam, whole grain mustard and so on.
 
my home made brekky cereal

crushed nuts (painfull) sesame seeds, phsyliam, oats, sultanas, bran flakes, and 2 high fibre weetabix mixed in, skimmed milk and a banana
