Sword of Truth is very much like the wheel of time series,in that it started well enough ant then became hard work to slog through to get to the end.
Also the characters and the repetitive scrapes they get into,become even more annoying than the wheel of time cast do.

Imo of course ;)

Maybe 2 books out of the 15 i read were a bit of slog, the first 7 were brilliant and the last 5 were up there. Like you said though about opinions.


About 1/4 the way into the sleeping giant and its a weird book its written like a question and answer book.

First few Sword of Truth were great, pretty gruesome too, especially when that mord sith buggered him with her agiel.
