It's an interesting one. It staggers me that we can land man made satellites on meteors hurtling through the universe but we can't find a cure for cancer.

The issue is where the cancer is. If it’s in a vital functioning part of the body, then it’s harder to recover from.

Lung cancer would be far more treatable if the lungs were further away from the heart, for instance.

Nature would find another way of killing us anyway.
