It's not about just that though. Nobody can turn Vassell into a world beater but plenty could have put out a team to beat Forest. It's also about which higher rated players would play for Hughes and could he manage them. The evidence so far suggests not.

my major concern this season is the chicken balti pies 'there just to hot' you nibble at the crust and the bloody thing drips on your fingers,every time i allways seem to get a blob on my pristine white fred perry,i am at a total loss here, my life is such a mess,do you think hughes could sort this out,supporters are going to leave in droves if it dosen't get fixed

without question, we've got the best squad of players we have ever had. the problem is the manager. if the players don't respond to him...if theyre not happy, you don't get results. if you saw the sky reporter at carrington on christmas day, he said all the players looked really serious. on christmas day!!!! now i know we beat hull 5-1 the following day but ffs, wigan beat them 5-0 away from home. the players should want to go into work, not dread it.
