Never so much as looked at mayonnaise until I was over 20. Love the stuff but can't hack it with chippy chips, just fries.
Salt pepper and vinegar.
If i'm feeling adventurous, white peper instead of black, rock n roll

Most of the time if its at home it's just a little bit of salt and lots of tomato sauce but if its from a chippy then vingar is a must.

Oh and you cant forget Chips with cheese on top. Now that is amazing!

Depends on where the chips are from or the mood I'm in

Mainstay would just be salt
Saturday before the match was curly fries with chilli and cheese

Sometimes I've put mayo on them, tough NJ
If they're from the chippy it could be curry sauce or mushy peas

No vinegar ever, why would you douse your chips in acid?

It varies. Salt and Vinegar with everything and either red sauce, mayonnaise or gravy depending on what I have with the chips.

However the mood takes me, mayo, ketchup salt & NBC (not vinegar), whatever..... I'm that kind of guy.
