What does Gareth Barry have to do?

I've always liked Barry even when he was at Villa and I was delighted when we signed him. However currently (and I think even he'd admit it) Gaz Baz is quite possibly playing the best football of his career. Another Hughes signing who has blossomed under Mancini's stewardship. I don't care if he doesn't get the recognition nationwide quite frankly. The best kept secrets are always close to home ;)
 
It gets my goat when he plays the very rare bad ball and people get on his back. His timing and control and the way he can just turn and completely throw an appointment , is outstanding. He actually creates so much time for the team by the way he controls, turns, distributes the ball, and one thing that says it all for me is that he is always one of the first on the team sheet for Bobby Man, and I trust him! The other who I have loved from day one and still gets crap, is my fave, YaYa. he is awesome. Again Bobby Manc loves him and that is good enough for me.
As for moaners, there were a few near me last night in first half moaning that we were not getting anywhere, Stoke had everyone behind the ball etc etc.. I do not think some people realise actually how good we really are and now we have the fear factor, teams are genuinely scared and park the bus. That is a major indictment as to what Bobby Manc has created.
I love it, January is going to be very exciting, I almost wish Xmas was over!
