Liver is a good shout. Not only does it taste disgusting, it actually looks like the organ that it is and smells like it went off months ago.

And so I'd add kidney in steak and kidney pies. Rank tackle.

Liver is okay if you add chilli sauce to it.

I'm not a big fan of cinnamon either tbf.

I am partial to a simple tea cake though - ie a simple bun with currants in it. Don't think they have any cinnamon in them.
