Fuck me. I went through near-torment about that, as i'm sure those with/without kids did too. I looked at my 2 kids and wondered if I could have coped losing one and their mum at the same time. Infact ask Mrs P, she will tell you I was really quiet after reading that thread, again as i'm sure many were too.

Same happened in this household. It all makes me feel a bit queasy.

I also think I saw you at Wembley, just because of the bluebeard description and a likeness to de niro! I was trying to attract the attention of someone in the block you were in a few yards back at half time, think you were 132 ish? That post was the first I have ever shared with my wife and she was suspicious right away asking why would someone share that on a football forum. I did say it's like an on line community and the support you can get if vital especially if you're alone.

Can you imagine how this guy would feel if it were true? If he displayed 'strange' behaviour ie. rushing on to an internet forum to post the news and/or hiding under a fucking duvet for weeks after not wanting to talk to anyone then who would blame him? a bit off course but a joiner i used to work with told us his mum had died so he could have a week off...and do another job..
