What is going on?

We got knocked out by a 'couldn't give a fuck about this competition' attitude over both legs from both our management and playing staff. Winning the Carling Cup is not part of Mancini's objectives for the season. For them it's a job. They are not fans. They do not get all excited about a trip to wembley to play Cardiff.
If thats the case, then they could at least tell the supporters, it would save them a few quid.

all these people saying liverpool wanted it more??? well......yeah obviously.

looking at the team selection dalglish wanted it more than mancini. THATS THE FUCKING ISSUE.

The team we selected was more then capable of beating Liverpool they lost 3-1 to Bolton for fuck sake if the team we played tonight wasn't good enough to beat Liverpool then fuck me Mancini get on the phone to Owen Coyle and sign Mark Davis up straight up swap for Silva...

but it wasnt good enough to beat liverpool.

it wasnt our strongest 11.

we have passed up an opportunity of winning a trophy, by not selecting our best eleven.

thats all im saying, im not calling for his head ffs, just saying imo he got it wrong tonight.

Well allmighty one what would you have suggested to Mancini, knowing the fitness levels and all, and Balos ban etc.

Did you think we played like we wanted to give it away?
Come on fellow Blue

seriously mate, id have played 4 at the back with zab and clichy at fullbacks. savic should have been nowhere near the team.
milner should have played .
and so should aguero.

I feel we did give a damm it was a good game

Knocked out of the CC by two very dodgy penalty decisions and your calling for the managers head, you bunch of pricks

Yeah your right knocked out of the fa cup by a referee knocked out of the carling cup by a referee , no doubt knocked out of the europa league by a referee aswell . Take your head out of the sand and realise mancini is completly losing the plot and our season is about to implode...

mate if this is entertainment for you, then your one sad fucker. have you ever kissed a girl? or touched a boob? go out and live a little

imo we were 2nd best throughout.
slight improvement 2nd half, but i dont think we gave ourselves the best opportunity to progress, and that came from not picking our best team .

We are missing 2 of our main players and Kompany being out has forced us to really mess around with defense due to only having young Savic.

Wind your necks in.
We have a very expensive 25 man squad. So take 2 players out and we're fucked. I think you shud wind your neck in kid !

So ? Real Madrid have a bloody expensive squad, if they lose Ronaldo it weakens them a fair bit.

We have played a lot of matches recently, had a days less rest than Liverpool and nearly won.

We are still 100% at home in the league and clear top.

Having an expensive squad does not mean we will steamroll all comers, carry on moaning please, next.

Oh, i'm 29.. kid :p

we drew 2-2 at anfield , and liverpool had to fight every inch of the way against a city team that was probably missing 6 first choice players , its fucking ridiculous people calling for mancini to be sacked. We need continuity and roberto should be given a 5 year deal now.

Much prefered then a bunch of idiots bashing their faces against the keyboard venting bollocks on the forum causing it to lock down about how shit Kolarov is or how wank Dzekos touch/controll is or the fact Mancini should of played Johnson instead of Savic and put Richards in his position and blah blah blah... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

All the same crap I'm glad some fans are taking a lighter side to it, it brings me 1 step further away from killing myself!!!

Don't kill yourself. I was walking up Grey Mare Lane to the match on sunday and saw 2 lads dressed as bananas. Now, how wonderful is that!

Would of been hard playing our strongest eleven considering 2 players were suspended and another is in Africa...

We have a 25 man squad which Mancini picks at the start of the season this squad is what he thinks is capable of winning games he picked the squad which he so rightly thought had the ability of beating Liverpool and they did..... Charlie Adam? Henderson?? Fuckin nobody players that played for Blackpool and Sunderland players the likes of De Jong and Zaba should handle with ease.....

People are quick to judge the "fringe" players but David Silva and Nasri didn't perform to there usual standards like they have been doing so the whole "not our strong eleven" is bull crap as the players who are considered to be our best players hardly did bugger all!!
