Very little. Another midfield player and a top drawer central midfield player should just about do it.

I didn't see anything at all in the Chelsea v Athletico match that worried me.

Not even players takening shots from range to try their luck?

Something City are void of doing.

We have to cheat and play act,we are too honest
If you need to cheat to win a tournament, then it says more about the tournament and the clubs that win it, than those who go out honestly.

Fuck 'em

Attitude
Belief
Naïvety
Fear
Being scared to express ourselves, especially at home (I've been hugely disappointed with a lot of our home performances against the best we've played so far - Napoli Dortmund Madrid Ajax Bayern Barça - we didn't make a good show of ourselves in any of these games...you could take something from attitude belief naïvety and fear to explain this),
Quality of defenders/defending,
Lack of pace,
Large disparity in quality between our first choice and squad players,
Not being comfortable when we have to go and show the world how good we are from the outset (we're still a team that prefers to be the underdog, we only look at our best when we have something to claw back rather than being a team that goes out and shows positivity from the outset),
Lacklustre atmosphere too.

Were not welcome at the arse kissing table.

Kolorov v Leicester
Yaya at Wembley
Silva v Hull
Edin v Cardiff
Navas v Spurs
Aguero v WBA

We saw today that there is a major difference between the Premier League and the European elite.

Jose's rope a dope was found out today. Chelsea's recent success in the CL and EL is masking the poor performance of English teams as a whole for a good few years now.

If we are to reach that elite, we need to be able to defend all over the pitch for 90+ mins, and be far more incisive and clinical against teams who can defend.

Experience is a big factor, along with the belief that comes from that....

It starts at home though, until we can go to Stamford Bridge, Anfield, and the Emirates, and dominate, it's delusional to expect us to go to the European cathedrals of football and win. We also need to be far more tactically astute and adapt to the opposition.

It s an evolutionary process, we were better this season, with the correct reinforcements we should progress further next season.

It's always possible to improve the squad and tactics, but time, experience and luck play their part. One of the only joys I had throughout the '90s was watching the all conquering rags get found out in the CL every year - until the jammy cunts won it of course in '99. I also think the PL is more competitive than most of the other domestic leagues which allows there top two teams to prioritize CL, and still piss their domestic competition.
