It mean't I was the only one in the 4th year with 6 free periods a week

not really I always found maths like a free subject piece of piss however I got ungraded in English Literature and I couldn't draw an x in art and dropped languages asap

Opposite of me mate. I was in grade 10 basic maths (for the 4th year running) and grade 13 enriched literature in my last year of school. Now as a carpenter, I use maths everyday and only read when I'm on a plane.

It's funny how different people's brains are wired so differently. The artistically creative and abstract parts of my brain are pretty non-existent.

Lol!! I saw the light and resigned and joined the Navy. Should be the other way around but why be conventional all the time!! The biggest mystery is why it wasn't picked up on in the first place!!

Interesting to see the spread between career and academic, apart from anything else.
The traveller one (drone/?) was interesting, too. I've done a little, and I'm very glad I did, but I couldn't do a big trip alone. The charity posts are fantastic, too.

I'm also interested to see which achievements have been acknowledged by the 'world'. For example, writing - some people here have been published, which is great, but my unpublished work is my achievement, just for me (if I am excused from being proud) not the rubbishy cack I wrote as a hack for pennies.

I would have thought you being a carpenter you would be on the plane most of the day :-)
