they're not all yes or no questions.

I understand what you're saying, but you can choose to what level you agree or disagree with the statement, and this will determine how much your result is affected.

Also "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" is a stand alone statement. It is asking you if this is a mantra by which you live your life. A staunch Authoritarian would automatically think "Yes", whether it be a political ally or your mate in the pub, you would automatically stand up for them. From what you have stated above, you don't automatically think that. You are not sure. So you "disagree" with the statement that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". This would probably put you slightly more towards the libertarian axis.
