What time do you get out of bed?

Well, we have cats including one particularly vocal chap who tends to wake up every morning about 4:30am demanding food, so I get up then. But it only takes a minute so after a piss I’ll go back to bed then usually wake up again to more meowing around 7:30am. Make a brew, feed the cats and come back to bed to read the news, sport, Wordle, etc with my brew. All the while my missus barely moves!

Luckily we’re retired so we can just amble out of bed anytime after that for breakfast and coffee. I’m a morning person anyway, though she definitely isn’t!

Depends. The other day I went to bed at 3:30am and got up at 8:30am.
Missed the first half of the Newcastle game.
First time I have ever missed more than a minute or two.
Just got up (9ish). If I'm working I get up at 5:40am.
We kicked off at 12.30 ????

So 7.30 then ;)

I get up when I wake up, which is usually between 8 and 9 in the morning. I slob around for a while before stuffing my face, having a crap, and twice a week I'll scrape the hairs off my face.

I've been retired for nearly 6 years now, and a lazy, unhurried morning is one of lifes pleasures. I never understood why my neighbour got up and out of the house every morning to buy a paper at 7AM after he had retired.
