For the QPR game definitely not in the squad, probably not in the ground and possibly not even in Manchester.
For next season, it very much depends on how the rest of the squad (and Mancini) see it.
People always quote his goals as a defence but it is a one-sided argument that ignores the penalty quota, the sendings off and the impact on team spirit and togetherness.
If what is on offer next season is the same old Mario, sulking one moment, brilliant the next and on the front pages of the papers more often than the back then arrivederci. Too much trouble for too little return - thanks but no thanks. If on the other hand, he shows what he can do in the euros and comes back for the new campaign intending to make the most of the incredible ability he has got, then yes - he can become a legend for the right reasons rather than for being a pantomime clown.

We wouldn't have won the league if it wasn't for him, but he also very nearly cost it us. If we do win the league, he's been a risk worth taking, as he's won us some big points this year.

I think he's 21. And he's had the weight of expectation of the most glory deprived fans on his shoulders in our first serious title run in decades. It was too much too soon. And despite that he's still contributed a fucking hell of a lot to this campaign. Tevez should have been here to allow Balo to be used sparingly.
He annoys and delights usually in equal measure, and has the ability to make me angry and irrational. But whenever I think about it with a clear head I still believe he will be one of the best strikers in the world if he stays here with Mancini. And we'll get the benefit of it.

I will give him one more season. If he isn't acting like a responsible member of society (both on and off the pitch) then his lack of focus will overcome his talent.
