Peoples ability to engage with each other or their surroundings without using technology.
Walked back from the Parkrun earlier and everyone else I passed had their heads buried in their phones & had no idea what was going on around them. Bloody phone slaves!
Call me old fashioned but when I leave the house, I love to use all my senses to take in what's going on around me, acknowledging other human beings, the changing of the seasons and what flora & fauna are in my environment.

I was at the hospital recently and I came outside for some fresh air, sat on a bench, there was a guy about 65 already sat on it. I sat down and said "Hiya mate, lovely day" ....anyway we started a conversation and he said younger people don't do that (what I did) they just sit down and get their phone out, nobody seems to want to talk.
We had a good chat for 20 minutes or so.
 
Cars with manual gearboxes,and people who are qualified to drive them.
(All electric cars are auto gearboxes).
As somebody has already mentioned - disposable batteries will die(no pun intended).
It must be 15 years since I last bought a non rechargeable battery .
Someone also mentioned TV remote controls, I have 4 Echo Dot speakers that all synchronize together and are voice activated and controlled.
One thing that has also long disappeared is topping up the car battery with de-ionized water. All auto batteries are sealed now,and completely maintenance free.
Back in 07 I tried to buy a new pickup with a manual transmission, Dodge were the only ones that would even consider making one. I ended up with a six speed automatic with the option of going into manual for downhill and towing. Have to say I need not bother with a manual ever again( unless I buy a little sports car or a vintage motor
