Just started a complete re-watch of HBO’s Treme. What a cracking programme and the music is brilliant! Pity there’s only 4 series.

I’m a couple of stone overweight and in my mid 50’s. I think I’ll be trying to lose that 2 stone and attempting to get a bit fitter.

Today and tonight I will be at The March of the Mods charity convention at the Band on the Wall, Swan st M/c. All groups play for free, usually get some Northern Soul and Ska as well.

Caravan park opens for the season this week in Norfolk,we have a holiday home both retired and a lively Cockapoo dog so lots of outdoor walks.
