30 years ago tonight on a Wed. I'd be getting out of the shower now 7ish up to a local then off to Carriges in Droylsden, cracking night.

hope you wore a tie.

dancing to northern soul off my face on cheap whizz

Out in the back field with my mates, climbing around on the hay bales if they were still there... Out on our bikes, messing around at the back of the warehouses, making ramps or rolling each other round in tractor tyres... Walking here and there, from one 'den' to the next, always trying to improve things on the level of some secret club... Enjoying being an 8-year-old in the outdoors with no fear...
